In our school you will find that we put our relationships first because we know that children learn best when they feel safe, secure and valued. Our inclusive ethos means that all pupils are given a personalised learning experience which meets their individual needs.

We are confident that your children will be happy at Roysia because our aim is to make them feel comfortable and accepted. Small class sizes mean that teachers get to know their pupils quickly, as do the children.

Our children enjoy the benefits of a calm and quiet working environment in light and airy classrooms alongside the use of some excellent specialist facilities.

Well-equipped science laboratories, two ICT suites, a fine music/drama studio, a technology workshop, a food technology room, a gymnasium with changing rooms and a spacious library are amongst the facilities we offer.

We are similarly proud of our large playing fields, hard play area, outside classroom and fenced environmental area.

We want our children to love every moment of their time at Roysia. Therefore, in order to promote a seamless and stress-free transition between schools we are delighted to welcome prospective pupils and parents at any time. Similarly, we do all that we can to ensure that our Year 8 pupils are well prepared for the move to their Upper School.

The school offers many extra-curricular activities and school educational visits, both here and abroad. It is our desire to bring the outside world in to the school and to offer the pupils opportunities they may otherwise not have encountered.

It is a joy to witness our pupils as they grow into resilient, imaginative, caring young people.

Visitors are always welcome. Please contact the school Office to arrange a visit.
